I am relocating to Nashville from Michigan, so needed to find a new place to live blind. I did a ton of research on apartments in the Nashville area, and this complex immediately stuck out because of its high resident referral rating (and because it looks like a castle:o)
Almost every review said how great Kathy is, and after living in places that have been poorly managed, I was attracted by that, too. I sent an email to Kathy asking about availability (expecting to hear back from her in a couple of days, as seems standard), and was very surprised when she called me back 2 MINUTES LATER. She was incredibly warm and friendly, and seemed eager to help. She also helped me make arrangements to have one of my friends go over and take pictures of the place for me, so that I would see concretely the layout/space etc.
Everything looks great, and I will be moving in two weeks! (So the only "stars" I can award right now are management stars, but I will award them gladly, because I haven't even moved in yet and this place has already beaten out my last several apartments.
