I currently reside in Harrisburg, PA and I'll be relocating to Nashville, TN the last full week of August. Less than one minute after I sent an inquiry regarding apartments, Kathy was calling me. She was more than helpful & quite courteous! She answered all of my questions more than I have ever expected anyone would. So far, even though I have not seen the interior of the apartment I'll be moving into, Kathy has been most wonderful and I cannot wait for my arrival in Nashville. I anticipate my time at Parliament Place will be extraordinary, much like everyone else has had on here. I'll be sure to update this post as time passes, but again, I anticipate no future problems because it sounds like Kathy goes above and beyond the call of duty. I can only comment on the staff and what I've seen in the pictures of the exterior, so as time passes, I'll update the remainder of the options such as parking and noise levels. Thanks Kathy and we'll meet very soon!


Update as of 8/29/2009: Once again, Kathy goes above and beyond to help out. I called one hour before arriving and I asked if she knew anyone who could assist with moving me in since my previous arrangements backed out for emergency reasons. First and foremost, when I arrived, Kathy gave me a great big hug! It was very much needed after my long voyage to the South! Then she informed me she found someone on the complex to help me move in. I am now 100% moved in and ready to unpack. The place is very nice and more than I had ever expected! The walls are made of brick and there is concrete between the floors so the neighbors are never heard. I love it! I'm ready to settle in and get my new life started in Parliament Place. Kathy is a blessing and without her, I truly do not know what I would have done regarding moving in. Thank you so much Kathy!

Parking - more than enough for everyone
Noise - brick walls & concrete between the floors...need I say more'
Grounds - well kept and very easy on the eyes
Safety - to date, no issues. There are well lit areas all around.
Construction - nice layout of the apartment with ample space. The air conditioners keep the place very cool.
Maintenance - to date, no issues to report.
Staff - I've met Kathy and one of the maintenance guys. They are all very courteous, professional, and more than willing to help.
Overall: 5 out of 5

As time passes, I will surely update this post again.
