Players Club of Brentwood Apartments

Laid Back Efficiency From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   I've been at Players' Club for 6 years and strongly recommend it as a great value. For the rent price, you get a good amount of space and if you have a southern exposure, plenty of light. Management is very responsive; except for two issues that fell through the cracks and needed reminding, every repair request I've made was answered within two days. Pets are allowed, and part of the fee is refundable. The tenents are mostly young-to-middle age adults, it's a relatively quiet place but there are also some semi-organized activities, too. Management is fairly strict about lease enforcement without being Nazis about it. Some of the 1-bedroom apartments have dens. There have been a couple of car break-ins over the years, but no rashes.
