Awful Place to Live

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
These apartments are not very safe. There are no alarms, no sprinklers, no gates, no guards. The complex boarders a very unsafe neighborhood. Recently, someone was murdered there.
Several of the buildings have large cracks down the side. Water has leaked into several apartments. The apartments are old and smelly.
Maintenace is poor and managment is even poorer.
