Players Club of Brentwood Apartments

No From: wrh719 Date posted: 8/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Don't waste your money. Yes, the complex looks nice on the outside, but the insides are falling apart. And everytime something breaks, I have medication (painkillers) missing after a visit from the maintence staff. I even started hiding it, to no avail. Also, there is a horrible stench in my apartment, and of course maintence could not smell it or find the cause (even though everyone visiting my apt has smelled it), it is a sewer-type smell. The office staff is nice, but not to helpful. There is someone in my buiding who practices the guitar everyday (have heard it at 8am and as late as 11pm) My rent has increased $50 every year. I will not be staying when it is up this March. :(
