I've lived here a long time, watch the turn over between management staff and maintenance and it seems to only get worse. The new manager is barely around, the assistant has the personality of a shoe. She tends to have a knack of responding to questions with a short curt response and usually hanging up the phone. I prefer to talk to the "could care less" answering service then this girl. Not to mention looks completely unprofessional anytime you walk into the office. The leasing manager has been the only good thing about this complex. There used to be a certain type of person that would move into the units, now in the last year they seem to go down hill. With late night parties, lack of parking and security, I am unsure why management gives residents two parking permits and then does not enforce any penalties on vehicles without permits. The most recent newsletter stated that any suggestions to improve living at The Players Club would be greatly appreciated. I personally know that management has received a suggestion to assign parking spaces, yet nothing has changed. Personally I don't believe they really care so long as they collect their checks and go home away from the property each day. I see more and more moving truck coming in each weekend and I believe I'm finally getting a clue. This place is not what it used to be, don't be fooled by fake nails and fake smiles... they really don't care about you!
