I have lived in this complex since November '06 and I have very few complaints. I have never noticed a parking problem. I don't always get a spot right by the steps to my apartment but I never have to walk very far. Maintenance is extremely helpful and prompt. I think the longest I've waited for repairs is 2 days and it was only to replace a light bulb and put my washer/dryer doors back on their tracks. I have seen a few roaches and ants but they spray for them regularly and I wouldn't say they're a problem. I have to say there is one lady in the office who isn't the most helpful person in the world. When I've called asking for repairs in my apartment, she has sounded like I'm asking for too much. But the work has always been done which is the most important thing. The pool isn't always clean either. I saw a lizard in there last time we went. I'll probably be moving when my lease is up, but only so I'll be in a better school zone for my kids. I would definitely recommend this complex.
