I was given no notice about construction on our apt stairs and was trapped inside of my apartment from 7:30 a.m. till 5 p.m. I have lived here for over 2 years and the office still claims to have no information on, despite showing them 2 copies of leases with said information, given to me by them and filling out 2 applications. Management is always late to work and the apt manager is never, I mean never, in the office.

The manager also works at a strip joint downtown. I tip her good when she dances for me. So take it from a stud, let her be late.
