I've lived at the Player's club for almost four years, first in a one-bedroom, now in a two bedroom. I've watched the present management allow the property to deteriorate to the point where the volleyball, basketball and pool facilities are unsafe for use. The "hot tub" is NEVER working. I have talked to the staff about these issues. They have no idea who I am or how long I've been living there, and look aloof at best when faced with real problems. I live there because of the close vicinity to my office in Maryland farms and travel often for work, so moving is a hassle I didn't think I needed. However, when my next lease expires, I intend to do just that, and before then, I hope to rattle enough cages to cause an entire re-staffing of the imcompetent present management "team," who is only good at threatening their residents, and has NO idea how to keep any of us remotely happy with space/amenities we pay for each and every month.

Good location, reasonable rent, but don't believe ANYTHING advertised beyond that.

I'm a police officer and I want to report that there have been two murders here and there was also a report on the office staff soliciting sex to a resident.

I have lived her for almost a year and I love it. The staff have no clue what the hell is going on, its pretty quiet, the people are all pretty cool who live here. And a lot of hot braindead girls work in the front. What else could a guy ask for? I think the name of this neighboorhood is apprpriate for how it is haha
