I just moved here a few months ago and all is well so far. The buildings, fictures and appliences are all pretty out dated but they function. There is tons of parking..the only downside is there is no covered parking of garages. The hot tub is WAY too hot and the pool is not heated but they are well maintained. The price can't be beat and they pay for the water and trash. The workout room is small but clean and quiet. There also is a sand vollyball court for the summer and a short walking trail in back. I've stayed in many places and this one is slightly above average. I would recomend it to people trying to save some money to move into a nicer place or students.
