Worst renting experience of my life!

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
When I moved in they said water/sewer was included. After five months they decided to change policy and charge. I moved they have now billed me for new mini blinds and NEW CARPET. TOTAL OF $600.00. There was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with the carpet. The last two Apartments I've lived in I got a full deposit return on one and a partial return on the other. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. AVOID!
