Point Breeze is a lovely establishment. The office staff are extremly friendly and informative.The neighbors are pleasant but you know it only takes one right' Myonly complaint with this nice establishment is the non-functional security gate and occassional difficulty at getting small thigs fixed. Great about repairing the big stuff but good luck with getting your lights in the walkways replaced we had to do it ourselves. Howvever, these apartments are an excellent home to choose price, location, and staff friendliness wise.

Thank you for your honest comments. We do place priority on emergencies such as no hot water, no air conditioning, or heat. With a short staff a few times this last year, we did get a bit behind on the non-emergency items. I do greatly appreciate your patience! However, the non-emergency items are still very important. The gate gets very frustrating. This is why, during a community meeting, we voted to use a nightly patrol service instead of the gate system. So far the patrol service working great! We are considering removing the gates permanently. We liked the idea of having an actual person watch the community versus the gate.
