watch out if you live on the bottom floor bc we had neighbors stomping all over the floor starting at 5 am...no matter if you slammed the broom into the ceiling they never stopped. our apartment flooded and wehad to have big fans in our apartment room for a week.. despite the fact that we mentioned it to the management and they never came to fix it, then it flooded our apartment. i do not recommend this place to anyone. unless you enjoy flooding and rude neighbors. oh and watch out for pointe breeze security - they are some real cops let me tell you. they even like to cuss out our guest for bringing my boyfriend home due to his car being broke. they mentioned that our guest shouldnt be there...even just dropping my boyfriend back at home.
