I have lived here for about year. I am planning to move soon because I have found a house that I am trying to buy. Overall my maintenance needs have been met. A few items took a little longer than I thougt they should have but the office ladys kept me up to date with what was happening (small stuff). Although I must say that anytime I have had an emergency they were on top of things. They advertise parties. Honestly I have not attended any but it is nice to know they care enough to have them. I will miss this place. I have loved the fact that I was able to move in with my dog. She is 60 lbs and it is so hard to find a place that will take a dog that size. The apartments are nice and have great storage. I work downtown and the drive is very easy from here. That has been nice!
