I live there and I have contacted the office on several occassions about my refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The refrigerator runs more water than the sink does. The dishwasher is always clogged and I am wondering on what which means the garbage disposal doesn't work. I don't place food down the sink because outside of it being nasty, it would smell. I recently discovered my roof is leaking on my carpet which i guess will be smelling. When it rains on the outside it rains in the inside. The owner is making money, he needs to get it together. All is not bad though because the staff is very nice and I haven't encounter any problem with them

I am sorry to hear that you have had delayed maintenance in your home. We have a new maintenance supervisor on staff. Please call me so that we can disuss your concerns. I can then get these repairs to the maintenance supervisor so that we can get everything repaired for you. I want you to be happy and continue to call Point Breeze home!!
