It is a noisy and rather over-priced dwelling

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
While the landscape is attractive, the construction of the apartment is subpar. Moreover, my apartment had termites and spiders. Further, I paid an exterminator to come out and extinguish the spiders after the exterminator contracted by management was not productive. I garbage disposal went unrepaired for 6 months post notification of the management office.
