There were bugs in the apartment that came in from the closed window. We waited two different days in our apartment to have someone come to spray, they never came. (but the office told us they did). The staff was uncooperative when we needed help. Noone went with us to check in. We submitted a list of repairs after we moved in and they were never completed. Our water heater was tiny, and we could only get 5 minutes of water at a time. Therefore, we moved out before the lease was up.
