I have lived at Polo Park for a while now and I love it here. The only problem I have is with the new manager. She is very rude, unkind to her employees and she is never available when you need to dicuss a situation you have. Her office door is always shut. She will look at you through her little window and just sit there. What kind of manager is that' I saw her literally shut the door in a residents face three times!While the resident was waiting for someone to wait on her.
