My neighbor below must have the new staff here confused with the old staff! That old bat (with black hair) that worked in the office until last week, always "pretended" to be the manager and do such rude gestures.

If you have in fact met or seen the new manager, and you have concerns, you should really speak with her. She took care of all our issues immediately.

The new people (office and maintenance) are a godsend, nobody seemed to care until now!
