I have lived at Polo Park for 3 years. When the new employees came in, I took time to go meet them and speak with them.
The manager and assistant manager were both very pleasant and professional. I believe the new staff (including the maintenance men and leasing ladies) have been a positive influence here. And as for the comment below about the place going to H***, are you crazy'! This place looks better than we've seen since the day we moved in!
I have always believed that action speaks louder than words, and the physical difference of the grounds, and cleanliness alone is phenominal!. People are moving in apts around me that have been vacant forever! If you have problems, you really should take the time to go to the office and speak with one of them.
They have taken care of EVERY single concern that I (or my neighbors) have had. You really should give them a chance. I found out that the complex is 99% full and it makes me very proud to live here!
It's nice to know that these employess don't act as though they are here to win a popularity contest instead of do a job!
