While the rent at Polo Park was not sky high I did not feel like I was getting a good value when there. The apartments are poorly constructed which led to outrageous electric bills during the winter months, well over $200.

I also had issues with maintenance there. It took over two months to get my air conditioner fixed. I understand waiting for a part, but two months is ludicrous. When they finally fixed it they tore a hole in my bathroom ceiling that they NEVER fixed.

The office staff was usually courteous but never seemed too concerned about maintenance problems unless you badgered them.

I never understood why they closed the fitness center at 9pm. You can play tennis outside someone's window at 2am but you can't use the treadmill after 9'
