Just moved in this past month and happy so far. I moved from out of state for my work and don't know much about Tennessee yet. The Polo Park Staff has been very helpful with giving me directions and helping me set up utilities. I went to the pool the other day and met a lot of really nice people. I haven't talked to the maintenance men yet... because I haven't had any problems, but I am sure that they are great also. I only signed a three month lease but I am sure that I will renew.
