I believe that many of the positive feedback being posted on this site is from the office staff & friends of theirs. They don't want to lose their job because of their inability to manage this property. Yes, we are getting new paint slapped on and new paving. That makes it look nice for potential renters. That is nice but the fact remains that they CANNOT properly run this property efficiently or PROFESSIONALLY. Manager is VERY RUDE. GROUNDSKEEPER walks around SHIRTLESS & with the crack of his REAR END hanging out. Staff turnover rate is very HIGH. I have lived here for years now & have had enough of WATER PIPES BURSTING (5 times in 3 yrs.) & RUDE STAFF MEMBERS. I was in the office the day that a person reported their pkg. was stolen & I can say that the report is true. The employee couldn't even act like she cared about it. I am leaving this apartment property & have no regrets. The former mgr. was very nice to her renters unlike the new mgr. & her new staff. I can't wait to see what kind of reply I get from a so-called tenant after I leave this. Potential renters - BEWARE of what lurks in the office at Polo Park!!
