Polo Park is great as far as noise is. The parking is fine - I didn't even complain a whole lot when everything got closed down for 2 weeks for paving (keeping in mind that I'm in a handicap building) and we had to walk about a quarter of a mile to get to the apartment. Just do not expect to have a work order completed in a timely manner. I have had some work orders in for months without anything happening. I've read several of the other reviews of this place and they are true. Luckily, I haven't dealt with the assistant manager, so I cannot say anything about that, but I can say they do not call you back. I have left messages and called back a week later and had them say they just got my message. ...and they have a sign out front saying "we love our residents." If I did that kind of thing to my wife, she would leave me.
