I have lived in 2 apt. in this complex. The first the water heater burst a pipe. The worst was I could hear my neighbor when they used the bathroom. The 2nd apt. had a rusty sink that leaked in the bath. I saw daylight under the main door, the rail on the balcony was not attached to the building. None the less the carpet was still wet from cleaning the previous day. I now have a leak in the kitchen, drafty windows & door in the bedroom not to mention rotten wood and termites this year and another bad water heater. I have requested a new air filter and repair of the smoke detector since Sept 18th. No response yet.To add the office could acknowledge the tenants when they come into the office. You're right. They take a copy of our driver's license and they should know their residents. It is so rude of them to not acknowledge us when we come into the office. They come out looking all blank in the face every time. I have had the water heater burst once. They didn't come to dehumidify and things got mold on it. I had to stay on the manager for about 3 weeks to do something about the mold. I saw daylight under the door and sides, it is fixed now. Windows are drafty. I can hear neighbors using the bathroom. The rent has gone up 3 times since 2003. I renewed the lease in June for six months, rent went up, ends in Dec. Found out it will go up $35. Paid rent on time every month. I am out of here. Only good thing was the convenience to the strip mall and close to work. But I can find better and cheaper apts. in the same area. Doing a lot of fixing up on the outside but desperately need to come inside where people live and fix up.

Yes! I do agree I left that place about 2 years ago due to a big whole left behind my fridge and a mouse came through it..I am very afraid of bugs and a mouse nearly gave me a heart attack! When I reported it , the response they gave me is "It's only a little field mouse" Can anyone say N.A.S.T.Y!!
