I was really interested in moving here & have read the reviews & need some honest feedback from "residents" only. Please send all info good & bad. I've never paid water before in an apt & please be honest when it comes to the water bills, maintenance, office staff bad neighbor issues etc. I really liked what I saw when I toured the apt.

We were paying about $50 per month for water. That is more than triple what we paid in our previous apartment. Aparently, they charge by the building and not by the apartment and then divide it out. At least that is what we were told when we asked. Water is paid through Ista (ista-na.com) which is a billing company in another state making it annoying to pay the bill anyway. The other entries speak for themselves on service. It is easy to tell which is a tenant and which is not.

The water billing company used to be called VITERRA USA, before that it was called ENVIROTECH...... Its just a company the apartment complex pays to bill you. They dont supply you with anything (except a bill).....I dealt with these people while lived at BRENTRIDGE in Antioch. They're a bunch of morons. It come to the point where I just turned on the water and let it run. I was paying about $30 for water there. I was in the SMALLEST apartment. I am sure this apartment complex uses the same. its honestly a big scam......

I am paying about $20 a month. I am in the smallest apartment. That seems high to me. 1 person but what can you do. It is about that much everywhere I have been. Overall, I am pleased here.
