well you get what you pay for here, very cheap rent for the area, apartments are well cared for but the noise level if you live below someone is pretty bad, floors creak and make noise when people walk. the mgmt here is really bad, they have no clue on how to do things, takes forever to any type of work done on an issue. If you want cheap rent and dont care on service then this is the place.
