My husband and I have lived here for about 15 months together, I lived here 5 months alone in a smaller apartment. We have a good value for what we are paying. I have issues with managment. I'm never sure who is in charge. We are going through an ownership change right now, which means the grass has gotten out of control and nobody knows anything about anything. Had a bit of a conflict with a girl in the office today. She couldn't tell me who the new owner or manager was. There's a bad habit of managers coming and going and changing everything as soon as they come. Overall, we love it here. We're in the largest 2 bedroom, which we got a great deal on and rent only went up 4% this year. There is one maintenance guy who is great, always willing to help with anything. The pools are nice and the hot tub is great when it's open. Some kids or something have been smoking and vandelizing lately so it's been closed a lot. The security officer is the only staff member who has been here the whole time I have. He's very nice and it makes me feel safer knowing who he is and not having a new face every week or two. The airplanes get loud, we're on the top floor. The police training academy is right behind us, so we hear gunshots loudly sometimes as night, but never past 10:00. The water bill is a joke. We pay twice what my mother pays at her house not far from here. About $45/month. It's overall pretty nice. Hopefully the new owners will care a little more than the last. I give it a 7 out of 10. Oh, and I never have any problems parking. It was bad when I lived in the other building though. I don't like the popcorn walls at all.

Whoever wrote this review is right on target with everything. We have lived here 2 years and for the most part, it has been a good experience. I agree about the management/ownership changes. This has happened several times in 2 years. When we first moved here, the office staff was nice and responsive, but lately, that has not been the case. They FINALLY cut the grass yesterday after the new ownership took effect on Tuesday. I hope they are nicer and more responsive.
