I have been here since April of 06. I haven't had any big problems so far and the little ones I did have was taken care of the very next day after I reported them. The new managment are great as well. The guy that always seems to be working will stop everything, even point you to someone if he is already helping someone sle. They are also imporving the looks on the out side. The only down side is that I live in the unit next to the pool and all the people who wants to swim will park in the spots for my unit. It's a pain, but only when really really hot.

This one was obviously written by the office staff. None of this is true. They are putting alot of money into this place but people are moving out left and right because of the staff and new management that they are under. Don't think the manager has came out of her cubical area since she has started. My neighbor told me that when they came to move in.... they just gave them keys and told them to go look after they signed there lease and when they got there they hadn't even painted the apartments.... TALKING ABOUT UPSET. I have went to pay rent since they have taken over and don't think I have even been looked in the face more less a smile. NOT RECOMMENDABLE
