I rented my apartment just before the new management assumed control. My first contact with them was when I went to sign the lease contract. 'Bumbling Idiots' was my first impression!! They had no idea that I was due there to sign the lease even though I had spoken with them by phone twice prior to my visit to sign my lease. Since moving in, it has been a nightmare!!! Maintenance is poor & hard to come by. The pool was closed with no prior notice to the residents for a month. Communications from the office are ambiguous & often conflicting in their messages as well as their policies. I'm not sure who's running the show there, but someone needs to get a handle on things. I will most likely NOT renew my lease.
