I've lived at Polo since February. I've had numorous problems, including brown recluses, that were never taken care of. When the new company took over, our water was turned off multiple times with no warning. It kinda stinks when you have to go to work without a shower b/c you have no water. Then yesterday, out of the blue, I recieved a letter stating that when my lease is up, I cannot renew. Apparently, they are doing a major remodel, that requires myself, (and at least 3 other people just that I know), to leave. Although I've had lots of problems, I was fully intent on staying. Now, I have to find a new place to live in 3 months and come up with the money to do it with... all during Christmas season. I love getting bad news 2 days before Thanksgiving. This new company seems to have no regard for any of the old tenants, and I'm sure the new tenants are going to pay the price for all this renovation.
