I just received a letter at my door telling me I can't renew my lease due to them remodeling all the apartments in the entire community. I spoke with the management about fixing a few things, sure we will do it they said but failed to mention they were gonna kick me out when my lease was up, not letting me have my deposit till my lease date was up leaving me to come up with another $1000.00 to put on another aparment before I get what I have put down for here. For all you who are new, please think twice before renting here..bad parking, you can hear your neighbors threw the walls/floors, they are private property so the cops don't come out to your calls, the gym is horrible, there are spiders in the attics/floor/vents, mantenance just walks in on you, they walked in on me and I just got out of the shower, the new management doesn't care what you need, they will say we will do it, and never come threw, the tanning bed is broken, hot tubs get shut down when cigg butts are left in it without notice, water turned off without warning, there is a horrible sewage smell at night, killer smell in the summer heat, you will always here airplanes, trains, cop cars, and due to the shooting range behind polo you will wake up to the trainning cops shooting off rounds left and right, not to mention the lawn crew comes in at 6:45-7:am on any given day with weedeaters, , lawn mowers ,etc. Also, due to the apartments set up and calculations, there is already a set fee for water by your square footage so if you are in 2 bedroom apartment you are looking at $36-$44 a month tacts on to your rent just for water! I can't believe they are so coldhearted to give me a notice like they did right before the holidays! If you are here at Polo and your apartment hasn't already been renovated, start looking for a new place to live cause you are next...ignore me if you want but when you see that little white letter in your door you will see what I'm talking about! God bless you all who live here now...what a shame it is that money over rules so much to a company that it effects peoples lives like it's fixing to do to mine!
