i chose polo park when i moved here, because i got a great deal and a very nice apt, it was like a bang for your buck, but the staff is very nice and are very understanding but do to changes with company they will not be renewing my lease, u undstand they want to go into everones apt and update them, but the price hike is outragious, and that bang for your buck went down the tubes. if you like paying alot of money for a small space like you are living in New york that is cool, but there are other apt places down the road for same price they want to rent and you get more out of it, from gated places to more Sq footage even more amenities too. polo park has been good to me and i to it but the time has come to voice my discuntent to them, inform others there are better places you can find down the road
