The management is not good. I have been in Polo Park since 2005. The old management was good then a new company acquired Polo Park and management changed. New management does not know how to deal with residents. I know few residents and all of them are unhappy. Since last few months lots of changes are going on in Polo park. They are investing lot of money in apartments. I think that is fine. But all this is causing lot of inconvenience to residents and management does not care about that at all but if you are one day late in your rent payment they are very quick to charge you 10% late fee. I missed my rent payment first time in 2 years by 2 days and they don't even consider the good record in past 2 years of stay in Polo park. I payed 60 dollars for late fee. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
