I moved to Polo Park this past January and it's been pretty great. They are doing some major work here, but overall the improvements are pretty good. I wasn't too sure about things when I first moved in and they started all the work, but now that you can see what they are doing, it's all good. I have lived at some places that never would fix anything up and now it's cool to see someone care about making the place better. The pool is awesome and they already have some new fitness stuff too. The people in the office are pretty cool and I don't ever have any trouble with maintenance. I did get a nail in my tire, but the construction manager in the office got that taken care of. Overall, it's a little crazy with the work trucks and stuff but it seems to be moving fast. I signed up to get one of the new apartments when they get one of my floorplans ready.
