I enjoyed living at Polo Park. It has been my favorite place to live so far. There is a landfill nearby so if your in the back apartments you can hear it during the day. Theres also a police training academy nearby and sometimes you can hear them practicing their shooting. If you do get the back areas, its extremely nice. along the stones river and your next to the walking trail. I have moved since they did the remodeling, but i went back last week to view the updates. It is very VERY nice now. but the prices are very bad. The staff is pretty cool. they helped me remove and add people to my lease. very complicated, but they worked with me. There had been reports of crime across the street in some subdivisions, but the management let us know A.S.A.P so we could take precautions. i lived on the ground level, and never had any problems with crime. There were occasional bugs, but they came out and sprayed every Thursday if i needed them to. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I wish i could afford to go back.
