Relocated from New York and landed at Polo Park for 18 months. Our (my wife and I) original plans were to stay for 6 months, but we extended our lease after the renovations were completed. The staff is professsional and the grounds are well kept. We live in the 600 building so we never heard the noise from the dump, didn't know a dump was located near until I read some reviews, but you will hear the police training center throughout the complex during the day and early evening. Nice place to lease. Stanley

Hi Stanley. The noise that folks hear isn't from a landfill or dump. There's a rock quarry across the Stone's River that some posters have mistaken for a landfill. Doesn't lessen the sound but I'd rather live near a rock quarry than a dump and thought you might like to know. Best wishes.
