Moved to Polo Park since Dec 2007 but I have to move out of Polo Park once due to no flexibility on renewal. One thing that Polo Park needs to improve is Think more for the residents that are living at Polo Park NOT just benefit to Polo Park Management . I have to say Polo Park is not for everyone due to the current type of the management and location. My suggestion is look around compare few apartments and understand Polo Park lease agreements before you sign up with Polo Park.
There are still lots of good things about Polo Park such as, marketing staff they are very nice and professional will try to help you as much as they can and the maintenance staff very nice will fix your problems as fast as they can and Polo Park have one of the best gym in Nashville. Personally I like my living place to be clean Polo Park management keep it clean, regarding to safety I feel safe at Polo Park; yes there is no gate but every night you will see security car portal the area

I agree, although haven't tried to negotiate a renewal since I gave my move out notice. I love the community...clean and apartments look fabulous. But if you don't live on the top floor, you will hate it. The insulation is so bad, I can hear my upstairs neighbor close the cabinet, flush the toilet and walking - sounds like my neighbors are twice their weight. Unfortunately, that doesn't allow me to renew my lease - so if you move here, get a top floor.
