I lived at Polo Park for 1 year and only moved because I got married and we needed a third bedroom. But I have to say, that not only was the apartment great (I was hooked on the fantastic balcony) but the location is also exceptional, minutes from everything. I always took advantage of the Starucks coffee station and fitness center, not too mention that I was always greeted with a smile and genuine conversation about the going's on in my world. If I had service issues, they were readily taken care of or I was given a realistic timeline of when to expect it to resolved. I think Polo Park offers a good balance of luxury living within a modest budget.
