Many of us who have complained DID try to break the lease...but were told we'd have to pay the remainder of the lease term. Look around you, "Content Renter", just how many people who live in these "great" apartments can afford to pay rent AND pay for a broken lease' Just because people rent, does not mean management should be able to take them for granted and not meet bare minimum standards.
