I lived there for a year and a half. The apartment was fine but the managment SUCKED
They did repairs most of the time but I did my own a lot of times too. My car was vandilized, They harassed my elderly mom about walking our dog in the compound when she had already done her business elsewhere so it was just a walk. When I had to move becuase of My elderly mother they would not work with me on the lease and wanted to charge me an huge amount to break my lease, even though I gave them 2 months notice shampooed the rugs cleaned & Painted the apt and appl left it in MOVE in condidtion
they still wanted me to pay over 5,000 to break a lease that only had 3 months left on it when I left. The rent was paid till the month I moved out. On top of having to put my Mom in a home I had to argue with them about the apt If I could of afforded to do both I would of. At any rate pay close attention to the lease you sign with them they are iron clad and there is NO MERCY for any reason I truly think If I had died they would of went after my 12 year old son for the money.
