I have not lived here that long, nor do I plan to live here much longer. The turnover rate here is amazing. There are more than 12 townhomes alone that are vacant. The plumbing is awful, drug dealers live in the townhomes and roaches and spiders abound. Managment is neve available when you need them and the maintence guy is too busy fixing his hair and being a pretty boy to fix anything. You pay an average of 65.00 a month extra in water bills and that is just for me and my husband. I would hate to think of what it would be like if we had kids. Strange looking people walk thru the parking lot late at night making me fearful to get out my car. If you want safty and a nice apartment. Try someplace else but don't come to postridge.

I agree completely. I moved to Post Ridge in December of 2005. When I moved in the appearance iinside was WONDERFUL... brand new carpet and paint... so new you could still smell it!! Wood Floors and PERFECT... until my 2 year old daughter fell through a hole in the floor due to MOLD AND MILDEW problems. my 2 year old fell through a total of 2 holes, so I contated HELEN HAYES at AIMCO and she resolved the matter by moving me into a townhome for the same price... well guess what... same problems persist PLUS our cars have been broken into on 2 different occasions. I too have seen the drug dealers and also witnessed a couple have sex in the back of my neighbors pickup truck... how trashy... TRULY the projects of Bellevue!

I've been here a few months now and I can't figure out why there are so many bad reports about this place. As I'm writing this, I'm sittin on my patio on a Saturday night and it's so peaceful at 7pm on a weekend night. I'll admit these apartments are fairly old and there are some maintence issues but the office has worked well with us on those. I love it here and plan to renew the lease. If you're really interested in moving here, ride around the place and ask the folks who live here how they feel about the place, that's what I did and I didn't get any negative feedback. Beverly
