I just signed my new lease & I just have to say that I love living at Post Ridge.
As with a lot of older properties it has lots of space & the girls in the office are great. Maintenance could be a bit faster but with only 2 of them its hard to get it all done in a day but they try hard & allways fix it the first time they come. I used to live at the Lakes of bellevue and it took them 3 or 4 trys before they got the items fixed not here if they cant do it they call an outside contractor to get it done.
I give props to all the Post Ridge staff & AIMCO for hiring them.
