I just renewed my lease and my rent remained the same. So did my neighbors. It just depends on what rate you are at & what your apartment is renting for now. Me myself I love it here. Just for your information I work for a local Apartment community that is not run by AIMCO and we went up $200.00 plus on some of our residents I was so glad to see that AIMCO does not do that.

Yes, but why were our neighbors on one side paying $616 a month, us paying $743 and the other neighbors paby $653 when we all signed our leases the same day? Then when the prices went up, ours went up $110, the people in A stayed the same and the people in C went up $40?
