As a group of young kids I know we couldn't have been the best tenants, and yes, When we moved in the apartment wasn't in great condition. It had been made look "new and repaired" but it was terrible. Plus we found out our apartment had caught fire before. No, maintenience never fixed anything.

What was worse than all that was the vibe of the apartment. Everyone that came over to visit complained the place had bad vibes and no matter what they never felt that they could get comfortable there. I felt that way myself and I lived there. ( a few of my roommates will even swear the place was haunted, but I won't go into that. If you are curious though, e-mail me) Regardless, the place had a bad vibe no one could deny.

No matter what anyone said, the neighbors were great. All of them were very nice considering the fact we are a group of the "loud 20 somethings" that other reviews complained about.

At the end of our 6 month lease, when we started to make repairs to our apartment, the management told us to "Be careful, there could be Asbestos in the walls".
