What is wrong with this management company we get a Manager about 3 years ago that really cares and has taken great care of the place. Now they bring in some Dressy Guy who does not know Sh*# about the property or its residents and now we have all kinds of trash moving in, crime all over the hill and the service here has just gotten snail slow. My advise would be BRING LISA BACK. I have lived here for over 12 years and she was the best one yet. AIMCO is blind if they couldn't see it.

This is obviously the old manager that was FIRED! Th dressy guy is the best thing that aimco ever did to try and salvage the place. You can look at the complex and see the difference CLEAN FINALLY . THANK YOU AIMCO!!!

This is crap she was not Fired it was the fat girl Theresa who was fired for all kinds of ---- and as for the dressy guy in the office he is leaving AIMCO to. I think the biggest problem is with AIMCO not the managers. Helen Hayes the RPM is one of the most unproffesional Manager I have ever delt with.

Well, so far, I've been under Theresa/Lisa, Jonathan/Matt, and now Kimberly/Matt. I think Jonathan was brought in to be the hatchetman. Didn't you all notice that he fired EVERYONE and he was PROUD of it? Theresa was a disaster and Jonathan was an idiot. So far, with Kimberly in charge, I have received two "official" notices on my door that they delivered to EVERYONE, saying that one, I owed them money (I don't) and two, I need to clean up in front of my apartment or they'll charge me money (they put that one even on the vacant apartments). Sounds like she's going to be a bust, too. We had problems renewing our lease, too. We set the terms over the phone and she told us she was going to type it up. She didn't and when we went in, the assistant guy had no idea what the terms were. He asked us. This company better be glad we are honest!

I think that Jonathan was by far the worst manager ever...I was also under Theresa, Jonathan, and now Kimberly. Jonathan lied straight to my face on MULTIPLE occasions regarding his actions to complaints that I and other neighbors in my building made on our mutual neighbor. Jonathan was a worthless piece of ---- and I am happy that he is gone. I have only spoken with Kimberly two or three times - and if the book is like it's cover - she will be the best thing that's happened to Post Ridge since in my tenure here. I've lived at 4 different apartments and I thought that the landlord of my last place was horrible until I met Jonathan - he made her look like an angel. To those of you who were fooled by Jonathan's professional appearance - consider yourself fortunate that you never had to deal with his lies. And remember - appearance most definitely isn't everything...especially in his case.
