My car has been broken into by residents who live on the property, and the district manager could care less. They have "wood beetles" (code name: Giant Roaches), spiders, and ants that will be living with you. The rent is too high, and you have to make a stink to get any repairs done in your home (and trust me, there are many repairs). These apartments are becoming a ghetto, and Aimco could care less. Move into Post Ridge and you will regret it like most of the residents who live here.
