Sad that we have to resort to this... I find Post Ridge a terrible and unsafe place to live also.. This is starting to look like the Projects...I am not impressed whatsoever with any management the place here.. Which is about every 3-4 months. Trashy neighbors who care nothing about their neighbors and how they affect them.. NO PRIDE !!! Waking up to busted winshield or your car broken into..oh and the coutesy officer.. joke. This place is not cared for. I moved in and the carpets were in terrible shape. All raveled on the ends around the sliding glass doors exposing the carpet tacking... nails.. and in the bathroom.. Ants, cochroaches, the people, teenagers running around at all hours of the night drinking and cursing.. It is looking like the projects here.. I have had things stolen from my own patio. You can complain all you want .. What you get is "We have letters for that situation" hahah... like a letter on your door will be effective.. They send them out to everyone instead of the ones who need to be singled out. POOR MANAGEMENT...It take the maintanance crew forever to fix anything..I wonder if they even know how. oh and the playground for kids'' WHAT A JOKE..Rusty falling apart out dated and dangerous. If you need to take this to the Corporate Office..HERE IS THE INFO FOR YOU...Corporate Office 4582 S. Becareful where you choose to live.. Once you sign that lease you are stuck.
