Yes the apartments are huge, but the people that live here are criminals. The smell of pot comes through the walls, the kids destroy things if you leave them outside, the bugs are huge and don't like people. all in all run don't walk away from here! Did I mention you can hear every word the neighbors say through the walls and you can hear the drunken bingers hurling into the toilets at night' Oh and don't try to shower, there's limited water pressure, limited in that the toilet can take up to 30 minutes to refill. But hey other than that, the guys in the office are sweet. They can't do much except fix the small stuff, but they do it quick when you ask. Lovely staff but neighbors and a very old structure with bad pipes isn't worth a good staff.

I have run into the same issues. Everything that you said was true and thensome. But you forgot to mention the fact that the electrical was put in by someones 6 year old. All the outlets are upside down, and fixtures blow bulbs faster than a Christmas tree.

We never had issues with water pressure...but our window fell out of the wall...in the fall and it took 9 days to get it repaired and they tried to fine us. We were home when the work men finally came and they told them that there was no way that we could have successfully "destroyed" the window and that the apartment would be paying for it not the tennants.
