My roommate and I moved in about a year ago. While the apartments are nothing special, they are spacious and not too expensive. We have developed a friendly relationship with the staff and they have been very helpful. Yes, they are older, but still decent. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of very quickly and the people who come to fix things are friendly. There are a few areas that are darker at night on the grounds, but I have never felt uncomfortable walking our dog at night. We have great next door neighbors - they have lived there for years. The other side neighbors are less than desirable, but the office staffing are working to get rid of them. My roommates and I have a ton of living space and a large dog who wouldn't be allowed in most apartments. They are working on updating things like the roofing and appliances. Overall, I would recommend living here if you don't need lots of frills.
